Nintendo Europe has revealed that the next eShop update on Thursday will see the original 50HZ Balloon Fight finally updated to 60HZ. The game is an updated European version of the game and has now been optimised to run at a similar speed to the US version and with corrected aspect ratio. Looks as though people’s voices on Miiverse were finally heard.

60HZ is the refresh rate of your TV or the software. FPS is completely different.
For example all your Wiiu games will be running at 60HZ , but the framerate differs from game to game. 50HZ completely distorts the appearance of FPS as it is refreshing slower than 60HZ.

Awesome. Miiverse is amazing , so much potential for this sort of interaction with Devs in the future. Jools watsham of Renegade kid is asking people what sort of DLC they should put on the game. It’s awesome when you think about it.

balloon fight is a classic arcade game where, millions of dollars were made 1quarter at a time. its not a bad game, just ridiculously difficult. u have to be pretty damn hardcore to excel at the game,and for $.30 u couldnt pass it up, however for $5 meh rather buy megaman.
