Check Out New Gameplay For The Legend Of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds

Shown in today’s Nintendo Direct was some brand new gameplay for The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds. In the video above, Satoru Iwata explains that this title is set many years after the events from A Link to the Past, saying that the Link in the video before us is a different Link from the previous title. He also explains that you see one Triforce in gold and the other in black within the title art, meaning that the shadowy Triforce exists within an entirely different world. We also get to see a bit more gameplay concerning the drawing of Link and how you can solve puzzles by turning into the 2D character. The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds is available this November for Nintendo 3DS.

  1. Dat new darkworld theme so good. Also i’ve begun to like the new ‘energy bar’. Looks like it will make combat a whole lot more fun

    1. I know, right?!
I’m glad I’m not the only one who loved the new Dark World remix.
It looks like this is going to make up for the bad taste that Skyward Sword left in a few mouths, even if this is on the 3DS instead of a home console.

  2. I hope they release a new 3DS XL Bundle with this game… DO IT NINTENDO! NOW!!!
I’ve been waiting for months now for a 3DS XL that doesn’t look like crap. That Luigi one wasn’t too shabby but its not coming here to this part of the fucking world anytime soon.
So, this better come out with a 3DS XL Legend of Zelda Themed Bundle set at game launch.

  3. Lol so the old man Link is talking to is another Link; he probably had a boring ass life xD

Another thing that amuses me is that they never written Link to marry Zelda lol

That aside, I want to look into this game to find out about the shadow kingdom as well as how they’ll use the new gameplay
