The Unity developer toolkit is already impacting the development of new games for Wii U, as Taxi Journey designers Lexis Numerique have announced on their Kickstarter page that Wii U has been added to Windows as the two main platform goals for the project. Xbox Live, PS Vita, and iPad are all among the campaign’s stretch goals, but the low production cost associated with using the Unity toolkit has given Lexis Numerique the ability to port the game to Wii U for no added expense.
With a similar art scheme and tone to the game Limbo, but a gameplay and story all its own, Taxi Journey is a dark puzzle-platformer featuring a large man, animated in color, driving a small taxi through richly detailed black and white terrain. The game’s Kickstarter campaign requires $130,000 to meet its primary goal. Here is a comment from the page regarding the Wii U version:
“We wanted to wait for the confirmation that we could have FREE a Unity Pro version before announcing the Wii U. We don’t want to push the stretch goals of the other platforms (especially for the PS Vita) and we needed to be 100% sure that the Wii U wouldn’t impact our cost structure. Now, we know that we can port the game very fast and with no additional charges.”

Haven’t been this hyped for Sony console since the PS2. WiiUPS4 for me. Getting the PS4 in June 2014 when better games arrive and Money is saved. That X, sonic, Mario Kart have too much of my attention.

To be honest, this game seems somewhat more fun than SoTE…
I hate games were you only have to read and find…
you should give eternal darkness a try…… while there is a big part on finding and reading and activating, in which you need to do to proceed. (for example remember the parts in luigis mansion where you looked at things and it will tell you detail, you liked it and sometimes you would find something, its like that but way more detailed)the other part is surviving, killing exploring and mystery, insanity also magik is a huge part of the game.
the game trolls so bad, it made me say wtf more than i have ever in my life. the game also made me turn off my system, until i figured out it was fucking with me, bastard, but it was all good because it actually saved…….
no game trolls harder than eternal darkness….. not only will your characters go insane but it will try to make you too.
so if your sick of the same dull uninspired fps of today, that game is a fresh try and a really good game for nintendo.

if GTA 5 came to wii u i would buy it …… because i dont have my 360 anymore, which was the best platform for 3rd party games, even if i hate microsoft that controller is awesome and most 3rd party games are better for it than the ps3. im pretty sure most games get developed on 360 first then they port it to ps3, thats why. so yeah nintendo really should try to get gta 5 on wii u, because that game is huge and if it ends up having better graphics that might entice graphic whores too. it would be interesting if it wouldnt sell, its wrth a try because if that one game doesnt sell on nintendo, that will prove 3rd party cant sell on nintendo.
