New Trailer For Zelda A Link Between Worlds Reveals New World Called Lorule

Eiji Aonuma has given a presentation at the New York Comic-Con, and in conjunction with this event, Nintendo released a new trailer for The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds. The new trailer shows several cut scenes in the game, giving Nintendo fans several new looks at the villain previously covered by MNN. It also announced a new world that Link must traverse, called Lorule. With an obvious reference to “low” and “high” (Lorule/Hyrule), in addition to some comments made about the new world in the trailer, the implication seems to be that Lorule serves as the new Dark World in the game. A Link Between Worlds releases on November 22nd.

    1. How about not giving out spoilers or at least mark the news as spoilers, you pieces of shit, motherfucking imbeciles

    2. Ok….this so looks like the perfect formula..alttp mixed with oot…??? I hope the zelda wiiu gets the same formula…. Cut scenes llok like oot and gameplay looks like alttp…..

Is the pink haired blacksmith alltp Link?????

      1. It was about a statement he supposedly made hinting at a character. I’ll copy paste it.

Super Smash Bros. series director Masahiro Sakurai has hinted at a character appearing in Smash, but refers to him as “half” a third party character. According to Sakurai, he is “on the fence” when referring to what exactly he is.
“The character that we’re considering is a rather popular one, but I don’t know whether to consider him a character of our own or a third-party fighter.” Sakurai said when referring to the new challenger. “It depends on the way you look at it, and many fans will have a pleasant surprise in the upcoming future.””

            1. It’s geno, my dreams will come true. They were going to put him in brawl, but scrapped him. Now he will make a comeback in ssb4

  1. Looks amazing definitely getting it when i can. Also that guy isn’t ganon. I’m pretty sure he is going to be brought back.

    1. funny little tidbit, the wonderful 101 actually made a reference to this naming before it even came out, by naming a stage “the lost land of lowrule”

  2. OHMYGOSH! I get it now, That “new” Ganondorf isn’t a he, but a she! It is the Lorule’s version of Ganondorf and is the opposite gender of the one we know and love. That’s pretty clever. Also the other Princess’ name is “Hilda” which rhymes with “Zelda” lol :P Love the way this game is turning out so far.

  3. I love the art style of it. I just think that the jumping into the wall thing is gonna be annoying. It reminds me of a game on PS3 I have, Sideways. It’s pretty much just being in the wall as a graffiti character.
