Scribblenauts Unlimited Gets New Trailer Ahead Of European Launch

Nintendo UK has released a new trailer for Scribblenauts Unlimited. The video highlights the game’s main theme of encouraging players to use their imagination to solve puzzles. The Wii U version of the game features an object editor, whereas the Nintendo 3DS version contains StreetPass and SpotPass modes. Also, unlike the 3DS version, the Wii U version contains appearances of Nintendo characters and objects. Although they have been available in North America for over a year, the Wii U and 3DS versions of Scribblenauts Unlimited will finally be released in Europe on December 6th.

  1. So Europe still hasn’t gotten this lol. I really regret buying the game. It was my 1st Scribblenaughts and it just wasn’t my kind of game. It definitely doesn’t seem worth $60 maybe $40.

    1. Rich really hasn’t thought this through with his “Nintendo need to copy what Sony and MS are doing…” mantra..

For a start the PPC isn’t the stumbling block that hes trying to make it out to be. the PS3 was the most difficult console to develop for since the Sega Saturn yet it still enjoys FULL 3rd party support, the problem is actually politics not hardware..

Iwata pretty much confirmed this when he said that Nintendo are not going to partake in “money giving” or get involved in a “price war” over third parties, because that’s not the smart thing to do.
Sony and MS gaming divisions operate at a loss, Nintendo will have to operate at a bigger loss just to compete, they don’t have other business interests to compensate for the losses that they would incur, so It’s basically a fast track to bankruptcy..

The thing with Rich is that he’s alwats giving it this “I grew up, Nintendo didn’t” routine, but the fact is that like many people, he’s come to develop this preconception that now he’s reached a certain age, every game has to be a certain way before he can enjoy it… Mainly a generic FPS game (going by the majority of his videos).

  3. Who in the world cares? That game is dead and gone. Heck, the *sequel* is already on sale. Whoever was interested got it for five bucks on steam six months ago. This will sell maybe a hundred units even if they have a good run. Maybe for EUR 15 or something, but fat chance of that happening.
