Super Ubie Land has been renamed to Super Ubie Island. The game was originally called Super Ubi Land, but developer Notion Games was requested to alter the word Ubi so that people wouldn’t associate the game with Ubisoft, which is also known as Ubi. Nintendo recently told Notion Games to change the title’s name again, most likely to avoid confusion between it and Super Mario 3D Land.
