Nintendo of America has uploaded the first television commercial for Square Enix’s latest Nintendo 3DS JRPG, Bravely Default. We recently reviewed the European version and awarded it 8/10. Bravely Default is already out in Europe and Japan and is due to be released in North America on February 7th. What do you think to the advert?

way to talk about battle mechanics for 2 seconds
lets talk about how you can defend and attack enemies multiple times rather then show off how good the battle system really is… with a wide variety of different jobs and abilities to use.
Keep in mind this is the first commercial, but I see your point.

well they did an awful job of cramming it into 4 seconds.
I don’t see why it’s awful, Most video game commercials don’t explain their mechanics that much, if at all.
