A one-of-a-kind Nintendo 3DS XL was given to the winner of a recent Pokemon Dragon King Tournament in Japan. The special edition system is emblazoned with Mega Charizard X artwork and features the winner’s name on its exterior. The mega-evolved Pokemon, which made its debut in Pokemon X and Y, is the result when a standard Charizard holds a Charizardite X item. In 2013, Charizard-themed 3DS XL handhelds were offered to members of the Pokemon Daisuki Club in Japan.

Here’s why it’s important:
Have you ever imagined playing an old classic that you loved and wanted it to be online to show off your skills or even play with friends and family that live to far away to play the game with them. Imagine Super Mario World with online and voice chat, Mario kart with online and voice chat or even super smash bros! from N64 with online multiplayer and voice chat the list can go on and on this can be something that I know will be a hit! We together can make this happen if we show nintendo that we really want this! This would be amazing!

Yes, but at the end of the day there is only one official 3DSxl like this and it will make more money when sold than your spray painted one.

I think this one is pretty ugly too. They should have kept the original drawing style or done something like in the other special editions that were mostly outlines.
