This week’s UK charts are in courtesy of GFK Chart-Track. It’s a great week for Tomodachi Life yet again as it remains ahead of Mario Kart 8 and just squeezes into the individual chart top 5. The popular Kart racing title comes in behind the life simulation game at number 6. This week’s chart-topper is Minecraft Xbox 360 version, closely followed by the PS3 version in second place.
Meanwhile at the bottom of the individual chart, Animal Crossing: New Leaf for the 3DS re-enters at number 40. Even a year since its initial release the bell-saving, highly addictive game manages to break into the charts once more – possibly due to the school summer break approaching next week. I’m amazed how great Tomodachi Life is doing in the UK. Considering it’s a very japanese game and Nintendo consoles not selling very well over there.

I disagree. GTA V is probably the best game up there followed by Mario Kart 8 of course. Just my opinion.

Okay Commander its more than that. And as a mine craft player who hasn’t played in years. But bought the beta 5 years ago when it was still growing in popularity I can say Console Minecraft is meh. I’m biased to computer mine craft because it literally is endless with mod support. You can literally do anything but to each his/her own.
minecraft is a fun game, give it a chance. don’t like building? try survival. to easy? play hardcore mode. don’t like hardcore? try playing competitive with others. give it a chance, it’s one of my favorite games of all time.
Once you put enough time into it, you will realize that it is amazing. It’s not one of those games you can just pick up and instantly enjoy. It takes months, even years to fully understand it. Used to be a doubter like you, then I played it. And never came out of my room for the rest of that day…

no like final end to the game, in Minecraft you can still build and explore and in Spore you can still build your empire and explore
