Japanese gaming publication Famitsu is just one publication that managed to get some play time today with Monster Hunter 4 on the new Nintendo 3DS system. The magazine says that the game has improved loading times if you’re using the new Nintendo 3DS. If you’re interested you can watch IGN’s take in the video, above.
Thanks, Jeremy
I find that hard to believe…
It makes sense in a way…
True, but at this point, it would likely only shave a few miliseconds or a second off of it. The loading times were already decently quick on the 3DS
Umm, no its not, not anymore. Downloading is slow, booting is slow, hell it has noticable lag now which is why the new model came to be with boosted CPU.
You must berieve prease undrestrand new 3ds very revorutionrary
Don’t get the wrong idea! The new 3DS is pretty great, but loading times can only change so much. The change would likely not even be noticable
Change isn’t noticable? Did you miss its feature introduction video when they compare new and old model download speed with Yoshi’s New Island; a not-so heavy game? Thats a noticable improvement.
Hm, I think I did miss that one. Was it posted on MNN? If not, I can just google it I suppose, but all of my 3DS games load really quickly so far.
That depends on what games you have.
What times the smash bros demo coming to the uk?
I got bored with it after 5 minutes…
How come?
Only 5 characters, 1 stage, 1 music, time limit and no online multiplayer…
Well its only a demo i guess haha dw you can play against me in a few weeks an you shouldnt get bored of losing ;)
I’m only buying the Wii U version, I don’t care about the 3DS at all right now…
Ahhh no you should get the 3ds one to! The wii u one wont be out for a few months anyways :)
Too busy with otherworldly matters…
Smash is more important ;)
And why don’t I see you on Miiverse very often! I’m on like. All the time!
Boo! That’s my gaming system of choice!
2 stages, 2 music, local multiplayer
If you count Final mode its like 2 stages. It has a different song too
If its a demo, then one word comes to mind: Duh! XD
Yay forward compatibility! Kinda… Half-next-gen-ish…. Like GBC was to GB…
Maybe a little more like GBA vs GBA SP. ;D
Well that’s good, I guess. I bought MH Ultimate for 3DS special edition off amazon, but I’ve never played a Monster Hunter game before.
I bought the game to get the dragon statue :P I hope the game is fun though!!!!
Well duh. It’s the New freaking 3DS. Of course it’s going to have better loading times. Even if it’s only by a second.
