  1. Nintendo is My Blood Reborn

Better than what I was expecting, at least it is not a typical Sonic game where you have to rush through it to a timer, I always hated that about Sonic games.

  2. Nintendo Commander Quadraxis's Mom

Do you think my 8 year old son will love this game, he told me he loves the men at Nintendo’s head office, especially Iwata and Reggie and says his body is ready when he sees them, they can do whatever they like to him.

Is it normal for my only son to show such behavior?

Should I as a loving parent be worried?

    1. am having the same problem with my son
he is obssessed with bill gates, phil spencer and a guy called sickr.
am desperately looking for help everytime he sees a xbox he starts to twerk

      1. Stop spamming the forums. Your icon gives you away as being the same person and you come off as schizophrenic. For the past few months I’ve skimmed past any brown/blue icons and completely ignored them. I thought by now you’d have gotten bored and quit just like TheRealBenSanders (who, oddly enough, you’ve pretended to be from time to time).

  3. Sonic Boom is actually a great game. Nice of Nintendo to let Sega have their Mascot be the lead Christmas family game this year. Sega has to market this with passion. Day one purchase for me :-).

    F=ma.

  4. Nintendo Second-Lieutenant

There are games I’m super excited about and want to discover completely on my own. Bayonetta being a game I want to know near nothing about as I jump in. Sonic games on the other hand. are a mixed basket. I feel like learning as much about the game as possible is essential. I’ve never been a big Sonic fan. I’m waiting for the day that Sega releases a game I’d be interested in. Hahaha. I feel like an X-bot waiting for Nintendo to release a Mario game that I’d want to play. :P
    Weeeiird.

  5. Holy shit, WAYYY too much dialogue. And a lot of it completely imbecilic. Modern game design makes me frown.

    1. You know, you make yourself look like even more of a loser since you spend so much time posing as Sasori.

  6. I don’t know why everybody has been hating on this game. This is the best looking Sonic game I have seen in a long time. You can tell they put alot of time and effort into this one.

People saw early footage at e3 and got so negative. It looks alot better to me now.

  8. Speed is the reason I never liked Sonic games. He runs so darn fast that I can never tell what to do in his games. He’s like a living pinball. I don’t mind the parts where Sonic is walking around and exploring. I might have actually became more of a Sonic fan if his games was a bit more like Mario games. Except for the fact that I think all of the robot enemies are dumb. Aside from Mega Man games and R.O.B., I always hated robot-related games.

    1. Hey, Collector. Have you ever thought that maybe it isn’t Sonic running too fast? It’s just that “you’re too slow!” Lol.

      1. To be fair, the first Sonic games like 1, 2, and 3nK are nowhere near as fast as they new ones. They’re more platform-ish to be honest. Jumping on platforms is like 90% of Sonic 1.

          1. Take modern Sonic gameplay from Generations, add in Chao garden, add in a decent story like Adventure where Sonic tries to stop Eggman’s plans, and there’s your Sonic game. Lol no gimmicks like adding in a Werehog, Wisps, and Classic Sonic. If Sega put more effort into it, Generations could’ve been a lot better. Too short, not enough levels, and Classic Sonic’s gameplay is nothing like it is supposed to be. I almost never play with him. When I first started playing through that game, I was like “Oh my god. I really don’t want to play with Classic Sonic anymore. Can I please skip his levels?” Lol.

                1. Nintendo Commander Quadraxis

You kids don’t know anything about Sonic, that’s why it has been ruined…

If I want to hatch and raise something, I’ll play Pokemon…

  9. Overall, I think the game looks like a lot of fun.

The dialogue seems a bit too repetitive, but I can deal with that.

    1. I actually kind of liked the dialog. The part where sonic pressed down the buttons and said, “now what did that do”?, I thought that was funny becouse that is what I always say to myself everytime I push a button or flip a switch in a video game..lol

The dialog didn’t seem to repeat as much as the e3 demo.
And one good thing that i noticed about the dialog was that it appears to change depending on where you are in the game. Sonic was saying some very specific things correlating to what was happening on the screen. Thats a good thing. That means more than likely the dialog will stay fresh and new throughout the entire game.

I believe the E3 demo had a very small dialog sample available for use, and that is why it seemed to repeat so much. Honestly the e3 demo was bad. This looks good.

  10. I can’t describe my feelings for these games. A huge sonic fan, but man does the gameplay look extremely linear and gimmicky. Doesn’t help the fact I fucking hate Roger-Craig Smith as Sonic.

  11. It looks like a new 3d platformer. Something the gaming world seriously lacks. I’m not a huge Sonic fan so i’m glad they didn’t go back to the same old side scrolling loopty loop sonic and went with a more Mario 64 vibe. It has potential.

  12. Good thing this game is coming in November. If it was in December, I wouldn’t be able to get it since not only am I probably going to get one game & some movies in December (meaning I can’t afford two games,) but I also intend to go see The Hobbit: The Battle of Five Armies in theaters. And since it most likely will be in 3D, I need at least 70 bucks since I’ll have to pay for the whole freaking family.
