    1. And it’s exactly why 3rd rate parties fails. NONE of them would ever try to make any good games to top Nintendo’s great quality. Only a handful of other studios and games have managed to come close like Fantasy Life, Resident Evil Revelations and even Disney Magical World.

        1. True story if you look around hard enough. Its a reason why Nintendo has survived almost alone for many years and why the so called “3rd party support” is dwindling. Because their quality is unmatched and has always delivered to fan for their buck in the end. Look at the 3rd rate party this year on other systems including PCs. ALL of their AAA “games” were nothing but a pack of lies to scam your wallets. Destiny, Titanfall, Watchdogs, COD and now Assassin’s Creed Unity on PC/Consoles were all launched as incomplete, half-baked overpriced false advertisements on a disc.

            1. I know he or she or “it” is a hypocrite in every turn. “My Wii U doesn’t work anymore so I don’t have it” Bullshit isn’t working on me. lol Commander’s Wii U woe story was far more believable.

              1. He said that is wii u stopped working and that it would be so expensive for him to fix it, later he said he sold his wii u.

                  1. What are you talking about? I explained why directly to you awhile ago. You even replied to the damn comment. Did you already forget? LOL. And just incase you did, it was because of money problems. I didn’t sell my Wii U to buy a different console. I don’t even have any games anymore right now.

                1. You were pretty close, but not exactly. My Wii U did stop working and I was gonna send it to Nintendo, but then my family started running into money issues so I sold my Wii U and I’m not buying any games because I’m putting all my money towards helping out. Before my Wii U quit working, I had bought the Mario Kart 8 DLC. Why would I waste my money? Lol if I still had a Wii U I’d be playing it right now. My mom was supposed to also sell my 3DS, but she hasn’t yet. It’s still here and I sometimes I get on it without her knowing. :P I just want to play Smash Bros some more before I have to sell it, but yeah. You can say that TECHNICALLY I don’t have one anymore because I’ll have to sell it eventually.

                  1. the person who bought your wii u must be the most imbecile person alive. who the fuck would buy a consoloe that doesn’t work?

                  2. Not that it’s my business, but why would you have to sneak around to play YOUR 3ds. I understand if she is going to sell it, but why would she get mad at you for playing it… Again, none of my business so I wont mind if you dont answer…

Just food for thought.. I’ve had my Wii U since launch, right at two years now, and I have not had one problem with it. As with any Nintendo system. My original NES still works, along with my N64 and Gamecube..

                    1. Because she thinks I’ll get too obsessed with it and start blowing all my money on games instead of helping out. :P

              2. Why don’t you just have a decent conversation with me and resolve your problems instead of calling me names behind my back? I can see every comment you know. You’re not slick. XD

                1. Who said I was hiding behind backs? This is the internet. lol Besides, its true. You are a hypocrite and no I’m not over Nintendo because whatever BS they do, I call them out which is rare.

                2. Sorry to hear that. Hope your family’s issue gets better and you can buy another Wii U, or other consoles you’re interested in. Not trying to get personal, but do your family uses drugs/alcohol/, go to Casinos, or just at a money loss?

          1. Sure, in your book. It all depends on the people who play the game. I had three friends who played Destiny day and night. Just because it’s not like Halo doesn’t mean it’s good. They made sort of an rpg with fps that they will keep updating for years to come.
Just like how you don’t like one game, others will like that game.
Just like how you will like one game, others won’t like that game. It’s all apart of the people. Sure games will have bugs but that doesn’t mean Nintendo games won’t.

          2. I’m glad Assassin’s Creed Unity skipped the Wii U. If the PC recently got a patch for a ton of glitches, the Wii U version would have been a lot worse off with more, worse glitches. Ubishit at it’s best. The fact they put an embargo on reviews before it’s release should have been a red flag to anyone that frequents the internet.

When Watch_Dogs had an embargo on reviews before it’s release, everyone discovered the horrible truth that the game was a big fat lie. And history repeats itself with Assassin’s Creed Unity. lol If this happens a third time & people still buy the game, it will be clear to me that the Ubishit fans are FUCKING IDIOTS!!

              1. I’m still on the fence about Hollow. But if he defends Ubisoft a 3rd time, I’ll tie him to a chair & force his ass to play Super Metroid for 3 weeks straight!

                1. Don’t worry. :p I hate Ubisoft now. Only reason I really defended them before was because I was pissed about third party support. I was always talking about getting a PC for third party games, but then I found out that they also fuck over PC gamers with terrible ports as well. Sooo…. Fuck them. Lol. I’ll gladly join anyone hating on Ubisoft now. The more hate, the better. :)

    2. I would say 9/10 excellent. New Super Mario Brothers was really just meh… It didn’t really have anything new or fresh going for it. I’ve owned and played every single one of the games on the list, but i’m sad Kid Icarus Uprising, RE: Revelations, any of the Persona games, and Fire Emblem Awakening aren’t on there. They are all awesome games.

    1. Monster Hunter 4 has sold over six million copies so far. Bravely Default has sold over a million as well. There are other 3rd party Japanese games that are doing very well too.. When third parties put quality titles on the 3ds they tend to sell pretty well.

    1. Really? Then why is XB1 now beating the Wii U? Why is PS4 the best selling console? While I agree Nintendo has some pretty stellar games, Nintendo does not “own gaming”.

        1. The numbers aren’t even consoles shipped, its consoles its expects to ship in the near future. If they went from 4 millions at the end of June to to 10 millions now that would be crazy, even including shipping to a new region like China.

      1. *facepalm* Did you even read that Xbox One article? We’ve been over this. It didn’t beat shit as the article was talking about shipments to retailers. My bad. Shipments to retailers they expect to make.

  1. I own all those games except Pokemon X and Ocarina of Time 3D (which I will get soon). I’m so glad to see A Link Between Worlds in the millions though. That game was incredible. Now if only Fire Emblem Awakening and Virtue’s Last Reward were up there….

  2. I never did buy New Super Mario Bros. 2. I wasn’t that crazy over the first NSMB. But all of that coin collecting looked like something that would have gotten VERY repetitive to me.

If they would have combined Pokemon X and Y, it would have been number 1. They ARE both the same game afterall. I’m still wondering if there will be a Pokemon Z?

  3. Also, if Pokémon would have supported the Wii U more its troubles wouldn’t be so bad. Without a doubt pokémon XY sales total show pokémon is even more popular than Mario’s individual games, but pokémon support for Wii U is dead.

  4. Finally, even if a 3rd party game would have great quality that can beat many games on the list its sales won’t exceed these games for the fact Nintendo’s name gives a product popularity while 3rd party titles are often looked over by many as being more obscure in comparison.
