Nintendo of Europe has announced IronFall: Invasion will be shooting-em-up later this week when it launches on the Nintendo 3DS eShop. Developed by VD-Dev, the third-person shooter takes impressive control of the C-Stick on the New Nintendo 3DS and 3DS XL, giving players optimum control. But those who don’t upgrade won’t be left out of the loop, as it will still be available for all systems in the 3DS eShop.
Featuring a smooth 60 frames per second in gameplay and fast-paced multiplayer action, IronFall: Invasion will be available to download on February 13 in Europe. Nintendo of America has yet to specify when the shooter will be available in the region. You can take a look at a short trailer for the title in the video embedded above.
A three-year project by independent developers VD-DEV, IronFall: Invasion brings fast-paced single-player and six-person local & online multiplayer shooting action, with the gameplay perfectly suited for using the C Stick of New Nintendo 3DS and New Nintendo 3DS XL.

I have read lots of people critisicing gears of war just because its from microsoft in this web and now you all love this? This game looks awesome ill definitely buy it but… Its a gears of war rip off in terms of gameplay…

If this is a gears of war ripoff which is not even close, then Gears is a ripoff of Resident Evil 4 in a way. Gears is good and I love it but it’s not quite as original XBot. Try again.

It looks okay. Looks good for an indie shooter on 3DS though. I would check it out if it had a physical release. I’ll let my friend download it on his 3DS and I’ll try it from there. :p

I hope it ends up as impressive as the tech demo they released sometime ago. The destructible environments were cool. Incredible work from a three man team.
