Looks As Though Watch Dogs 2 Is In Development

Again, this won’t come as surprise to many of you but it seems as though Ubisoft is busy developing Watch Dogs 2. The news was spotted on the LinkedIn profile of Julien Risse, who works at Ubisoft’s Paris studio. The page mentions the follow-up to the 2014 game, which as I’m sure you remember, gathered mixed reviews. Who knows, we may hear something about the game at E3 in June.

Thanks Nintendo Impact Gaming.

  1. Hopefully, they make it into what the first game should’ve been. I still haven’t picked up this game because it doesn’t look as good as it did at 2012 E3 and I don’t like the fact that the graphics downgraded.

            1. I ain’t from the States myself but that’s the best I could find online to my knowledge. It’s a fun game. Check out my YT channel if you want to see it on Wii U :) It’s a great price and there’s hours of content!

          1. THanks for the link. I was gonna buy it today on the eshop it is there for 29.99 but I like the amazon deal better thanks to you. I am gonna buy it right now. :)

            Get N or Get OUT!!!!!

  2. Next story on here will be. ” Watch Dogs 2! For all systems, except Wii U”

Nintendo better whip out those hidden cards up those sleeves of theirs. The new system is gonna be a serious make or break for me, I just hope Capt. N puts a little more adult in what they offer.

    1. Most likely Wii U will be skipped but hey, Wii U doesn’t need Watch Dog to be successful. They have their own amazing games.

  3. Given Watch Dogs’ “fantastic” sales on Wii U I’m going to suggest that’ll be the last we see of that series on Nintendo consoles. That’s no loss for us!

    1. WTF did that “fantastic sales” BS come from? lol we all know it INTENTIONALLY bombed on Wii U because Ubisoft made sure it happened as their final excuse to give Nintendo shit and walk away still believing they did nothing wrong to the fans; meaning I wanna swing a big piece of metal to some Ubisoft fucker’s skull for that.

            1. We know. XD

I got my Surface Pro 3 and tested a few games. Left 4 Dead 2 ran marvelously smooth and I’m enjoying it but BF3..nope, not even in low settings. lol

But I’m hoping COD4/MW2 runs as smooth since they’re older games.

              1. You actually bought it? I told you not to. Lol. Oh well. Whatever floats your boat I guess.

                  1. Ah, I see. Ok then. Well, I’ve been researching a lot for the past month and I think I’ve finally put together my high end PC build. Everything including the monitor, keyboard, mouse, and operating system comes to a grand total of $1597. Lol.

                      1. That’s because the build I’m doing is for a high end PC. Meaning something that will play newer games in 1080P 60FPS with the settings maxed out or at very high. I could easily build a $500 one and just play all the older games and some new ones at 1080P 30FPS. (Like PS4 and Xbox One) Also, it’s worth noting that my build also includes a $150 monitor, a $90 mouse, a $150 keyboard, and a $90 3TB hard drive. So that’s why the price shot up a bit. You don’t need to buy the premium products like I’m doing. A mouse and keyboard combo is easily about $30 while the ones I chose put together is about $250. XD

        1. firstly let’s be real here, it’s not nintendo or nintendo’s fans if watch dog performed very bad on wii U but ubi. Come on they release the game 6 months after it was release on Xbox and PS. the wii U version was the same game with the same bugs with the map on the gamepad.

Watch dog in UK was advertised for MS and Sony systems only.As far as know I can state the game did not have any physical present in the shop. Ubi did not say even state it was on nintendo platform therefore nobody knew it was on Wii U.

          1. Oh, but we’ll get a story about how it won’t be coming. Just wait for the Twinkie filling, its coming.

          2. But have they confirmed “not coming to Nintendo’s next console”? If this takes as long as the last WD game to develop, Nintendo’s got plenty of time.

            1. Im not anywhere near an expert on this, but didn’t it sell like, horribly?

If that’s the case I could easily see where Ubisoft would say one word.

              Why?

        2. I'm a Boss Ass Bitch

Another one? The first was fucking garbage. The only mode I like was the spider robot mode. And that was a fucking mini game.

        3. Safe bet it won’t be coming to WiiU, but if Nintendo’s next console is out by then, who knows? But hopefully most have learnt their lesson about not getting caught up in the hype and/or pre-ordering, gaming is not what it used to be unfortunately.

          1. Don’t bother clicking on the link. It’s not your blog, it’s sickr’s. Leave if you are too butthurt over that fact.

        4. Lol I really enjoyed Watchdogs. Then again I didn’t see any of its prerelease footage until after beating the game. I fully expect 2 to be a much better game.

        5. Skipping WiiU no doubt about it. Another unfinished series that will cloud the WiiU’s library. Ubisoft & Activision are spamming the WiiU.

          1. Bayonetta 2 is a better choice than watchdogs…
30/40 “dallors” is a waste of money for that piece of shit. i wasted my precious money on it when i had a ps4 and it was a complete dissapoinment. in my opinion, even getting it for free is a waste of time.

        6. Ridley, the Angel of Death

No shit, Sherlock! lol Ubisoft did say they were wanting to turn this IP into an anal-errr… annual fuckfest.
