Capcom has released two new item packs for Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate fans alongside its May DLC pack. Announced earlier today, the two additional item packs are free to download – as is the case with all Monster Hunter DLC – and are grouped into packs according to your hunter experience level. The Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate Support Pack is catered towards those just beginning the game, or for those who have yet to sink too many hours into the action RPG. On the other hand, the Advance Pack is ready to download for experienced hunters and contains plenty of great loot.
As was the case with the previous item pack released in March, the two new Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate item packs will only be available for a limited time. Fellow hunters have until May 31 to download them for free in the 3DS eShop, providing the 1.1 update has been installed. Each pack can only be downloaded once per game file, so you’ll have to choose which character gets the goods if you have more than one saved. You can find which items are included in both packs below, along with instructions on how to download the gear.

How to receive your item packs:-
1) Go to the Nintendo eShop
2) Download and install Patch 1.1
3) Load Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate
4) Go to “Your House”
5) Talk to the “Housekeeper”
6) Select “Downloadable Content”
7) Go to the “Gift Area” option
8) Select the item pack of your liking
9) Exit the Download Menu
10) Check your Item Box
