Wow. Ryu looks OP! Hope he doesn’t offset the balance of the game, but it’s great to see a character with so much depth come to Smash. As for me, Roy’s my boy! I’m glad to have him back – and he’ll likely become my main again (he was in the Melee days).
Good thing I wasn’t on the internet during the leaks so I got a load of surprises while watching the direct. Then again, the eShop spoiled the surprises before I could even watch the video. The eShop needs to be patched to where when you finally start up the eShop, if there is a Nintendo Direct, it’ll ask you if you want to watch the direct before being sent to the actual eShop. Ugh! Why can’t Nintendo themselves come up with these awesome ideas!?
