Nintendo should be celebrating today as Yoshi’s Woolly World, which is exclusive to the Wii U, has entered into the UK all-formats charts at number four. Sadly Splatoon has slipped and is no longer in the top ten, but currently it’s holding on at number thirteen. As expected the number one spot as gone to Batman: Arkham Knight for the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One. Here’s the best-selling games this week.

I think Nintendo UK’s new marketing company are doing fairly well. I’ve seen ads for Yoshi and Splatoon on kids TV.
Shouldn’t there be a “European Charts” thing? UK is just too small compared to lets say American charts

The UK is the biggest video game market in Europe, so it’s a pretty good representative. There isn’t a general European chart, but there’s charts for each country :)
