    1. Sorry to use your comment for this, Alexander, but people in America should be warned.

If this is the same version they released to us for the Wii, there is a potential game breaking glitch at the end for the last two towers for North American copies. You’ve been warned.

    1. It’s an Action RPG where you have to explore rooms and destroy monsters in a certain way to get their meat

Then you keep a relationship with a girl by making her eat that meat, which prevents her turning into a monster

  1. Nintendo Tetrarch Quadramus-NX

    >>>All I want is more N64 and Gamecube games, Wii games other than Metroid Prime Trilogy are useless to have>>>

          1. LOL. I’m not sure why they are releasing Wii games in the Eshop when backwards compatibilty exists………. Unless

The NX will not have backwards compatibility with Wii games, but will run on the same Eshop….

            1. Well… at least people don´t need to open the Wii mode on the WiiU to play those games.
For me, I think it´s a good idea, since some of those games are really hard to find – Metroid Prime Trilogy, Xenoblade Chronicles, Pandora´s Tower.

            1. I still have mine, but only because it was the limited edition copy. I’m on the same boat, I did not enjoy the game at all, its also ugly as shit to look at, so it didn’t even have that going for it.

              1. I agree completely. Also, and not being rude or trying to be but some of the voice overs were absolutely terrible.

              2. It wasn’t ugly more so than it was taking realistic graphics to the extreme. And I thought Twilight Princess was bland with the colors. But once I got into the story & was able to change the colors of my characters outfits, the blandness of color was no longer an issue for me. Sucks that this wasn’t the case for you because The Last Story ranks up there with Xenoblade Chronicles as one of the best Wii games for me.

                1. See and that’s the thing, I hated Xenoblade as well but solely because of the mechanics. As much as I tried to like it, I just hated it so much. Maybe I should give both of them a shot again. I do hear that xeno was arguably the best RPG of last gen.

    1. ” Useless ” ? I don’t know about that Commander. This game along with The Last Story, Donkey Kong Country Returns, Super Mario Galaxy 1 & 2, No More Heroes 1 & 2, Punchout, Twilight Princess, Skyward Sword, Madworld, Okami, Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition, Goldeneye 007, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, Sin And Punishment: Star Successor, Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Ultimate All-Stars, Zack And Wiki, and Xenoblade Chronicles were some of the best games that was available last generation

        1. Yea, but you gotta understand. Everything Nintendo is doing now is in preparation for the NX. The NX will not be able to play Wii games unless you download them from the Eshop.

So actually Nintendo needs to keep putting more Wii games on the Eshop..

    2. Well for the hard to find games for Wii that are expensive on eBay or Amazon, this is a good thing for games like Metroid Prime Trilogy, Xenoblade Chronicles, The Last Story, & Pandora’s Tower. But I see someone already made that point. lol

  2. I'm a Boss Ass Bitch

I have a strong feeling that the main character from this game might be in smash. Why else would they release this?

    1. Because it’s a late Wii game?

Not everything Nintendo does is connected to Smash, I don’t get why people think that. Nintendo doesn’t align everything with Smash, it’s just that you guys only care about Smash.

    1. No. You must buy Xenoblade Chronicles for the n3DS. If you don’t like that, oh well. Don’t whine or complain & just accept that that’s the way it is. …Least that’s what the extreme fanboy will tell you in defense of the “can do no wrong” Nintendo. But yeah. NoA will release Xenoblade Chronicles when you can find a number of the n3DS games for sale or used.

  3. If I was naive enough, I would expect Nintendo to eventually localize Zangeki No Reginleiv for the West.

    But… I’m not.

    1. Maybe someday. It will end up being the Sin & Punishment for a future generation. But as of right now, yeah. We’d have to be pretty naive to actually expect that from Nintendo.

  4. Want this and Xenoblade Chronicles.

And most importantly PM:TTYD while we’re asking for RPG’s but that won’t happen any time soon i’m sure :/

  5. thank you! That took freakin long enough, NoA. Now where are the other Wii VC games that the US doesnt have yet?

Also glad to see a control method that is *not* the stupid wiimotes

  6. I missed out when the last copy I saw at the shop was sold. But now all I need is a load card…

If it supported Off TV play since it has gamepad ONLY support, that would make me a lot happier.

  7. great news. this is the only one of the three rpgs I haven’t played. hopefully it’s just as good as the other two.

  9. I really wanted to play this on the Wii. I’m glad I can just play it on my Wii U now instead!!! Wish they would do the same with Xenoblade Chronicles… I REALLY don’ want a “New” 3DS and I don’t want to spend $58 on an OLD copy of the game for the Wii.
