Nintendo 2DS Will Finally Be Released In Japan Next Year As Part Of Classic Pokemon Bundles

The Nintendo 2DS is set to make its Japanese debut next year. The 3D-less version of Nintendo 3DS will finally be released in the region on February 27, 2016. It will be available as part of four different classic Pokemon bundles, featuring Pokemon Red, Blue, Green and Yellow. Nintendo has yet to announce similar bundles for the West. The 2DS was originally released for Western territories in October 2013 to coincide with the launch of Pokemon X and Y.

      1. I didn’t say that. Nintendo knows that their fans like to dwell on the past and they exploit that. It’s rather smart, business-wise. Microsoft re-released Halo 1 through 4 all in one disc, with a full remaster of 2 and a beta for 5. They could have just done a Halo 2 remaster or re-release for an easy cash grab, which would have been a smarter business choice. As a fan though, I’m glad MS bundled all of that in one game and not sold 4 games seperately in order to capitalize on profit.

Seeing these makes me miss the see-through outer layer.
