Nintendo has announced today that there will soon be a brand new patch available for Super Smash Bros on the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U this month. The latest patch will bring the game to Version 1.1.6 and the update will be 61MB. Sadly there’s currently no detail regarding changes so we don’t know exactly what will be different this time around. No doubt we shall find out in due course!

Hoping for a Bayonetta nerf.
At the very least, add a few frame delay between the combos, so the player has better odds of escaping.
No matter how many times you think Dorf can be buffed for the best, he will forever be bottom tier. It’s more or less a generational curse for the Demon King since Brawl.
im hoping he gets buffed in terms of speed, he doesnt need to be sonic, c.falcon and fox fast but his speed need to be boosted just a bit.
while this is just a fantasy, i hope the patch brings in Solid Snake and his stage the Shadow Moses Island and possibly the Snake amiibo
i snicker every time a new patch comes out for this game. it means the competitive scene is forced to rearrange their tiers. :^)

What does Nintendo have against people wanting to enjoy the game in their own way. Through gen 8 and their BS patches, I never felt so enslaved in my entire life.
