The Nintendo Switch trailer didn’t just feature the upcoming console, but also a slew of teases for possible games. While nothing has been confirmed, the Mario footage shown in the trailer certainly peaked fans interest. So I’m assuming that the game has to do with unthawing the places you go? Why is there giant blocks of ice everywhere in the desert. Plus there was ice hanging off the wires. Hmmm.

Eh… Looks like a sequel to 3D World. Not that 3D World is bad, it’s just not a true 3D Mario game like 64 and Sunshine.
But I’ll wait till we get more information. I’m not gonna hate the game just by watching a 15 second clip of it. Unlike other retards that do that.
It doesn’t look anything like 3D world. The art style is completely different, and the level design is as well. I’m getting a more Mario 64 vibe from this.

Looking more ahead of Mario, you’ll see the group of 3 gold rings that are found everywhere in 3D World. The world looks so small and leniar

I’ve never really liked the Mario games but that trailer changed my mind about Mario. I need to see more in depth gameplay.

It’s only a trend they did with Wii, DS, Wii U, & 3DS. But since they are moving away from the Wii brand, hopefully they’ll move away from the crap with unoriginal names, too.
