Blizzard’s Hearthstone Is Not Coming To Nintendo Switch

Earlier this week, Blizzard Entertainment sent a tweet to Nintendo of America that suggested its popular card video game, Hearthstone, was coming to Nintendo Switch. It turns out, however, that this is not the case, and the developer was merely referencing a recent meme that involved Mario. The tweet in question is as follows:

    1. I wouldn’t be surprised if both skyrim and fallout come with mod support, and probably Nintendo themed dlc, like zelda stuff in skyrim and metroid stuff in fallout

    1. In theory yes it is “f2p,” but at a certain point it is near impossible to beat other players without buying in. I ran away before throwing a cent at the game, but I read that it costs about $5.9K to buy everything the game has to offer. I love Blizzard, but that is absurd!

  1. As awesome as it would be to see Blizzard games on the Switch (especially Overwatch), their games have never been on Nintendo consoles, and I don’t think they’ll ever start putting them on.
