Take Two is one of the larger third-party developers supporting the Nintendo Switch platform. During the 20th Annual Credit Suisse Technology, Media & Telecom Conference Take-Two President Karl Slatoff revealed that Nintendo is doing all it can this time around to support third-party developers create games on the next generation system. Slatoff says that because of this he is very optimistic about the platform, but says he has nothing specific to announce today regarding software. No doubt that will come at the January event.
The folks at Nintendo are making a great effort to support third-party developers, we’re very optimistic on the Switch though we are not announcing anything specific today.

Whoa…….maybe Red Dead Redemption 2 will come to the Switch after all. If it does I really hope they bundle the first game with it so that people who never played the franchise gets to know what it’s about. I also hoping for a GTA collection that includes remastered versions of GTA 3, Vice City, San Andreas,GTA IV and of course GTA V. Please do it Take-Two……a lot of Nintendo only gamers missed out on those gems
Well would they (nintendo only gamers) even have bought them in the first place? Thats what Take Two have to ask themselves.
Theres a reason we saw a family friendly game like basketball from Take Two in the reveal trailer and not a big open world game from them.
We saw Skyrim, from Bethesda. But this was about the only title not suitable for all ages in the reveal trailer

If Red Dead Redemption 2 comes to Switch, I wonder if the original Red Dead Redemption will also be ported over? I have it on PS3 (but only played a little bit of it), but this thought makes me wonder if I should hold out on playing the PS3 version, and wait to play a possible Switch version? Hmm…..

I’m not going to count tadpole’s before they hatch. It would be amazing to see either game come to Switch, but until we get some solid news on how heavy that supports going to be, not interested really. I’ve been reading crap like that for years it feel’s like regarding Nintendo’s consoles.
GTA V is already rooted. They won’t get enough Nintendo fans to make a port worth it. Maybe GTA VI when it releases someday.
Im concerned because many gamers who wanted to play huge AAA titles have bought other boxes. I don’t see them, or myself rebuking games they have invested so much time and money into just to have it on a Nintendo product.
Nintendo has an uphill battle. They better not get lazy, and they better give 100%, and they better remember that consumers keep businesses alive. They cannot afford for Switch to go the way of WiiU,and getting the adult and hardcore crowd back will not be easy.
They need to pull their head out of their asses and make this an epic win.
