  1. I know what they show off most likely won’t be major since they’ll probably want to save the major stuff for a hype trailer during the Switch presentation but I do hope we at least get to see a town, maybe how to get rupees from villagers, maybe even a sidequest. That’d be cool still! I don’t need to see footage from this game to know I’m gonna get it day one, but I’m happy to have more footage so I can soak in more BotW goodness!

  2. I dont need to see anything else either, but I wouldn’t mind seeing some other enemies beside those weak red moblins. I need something to settle my fear of BotW not having any challenge. I was watching an lp from treehouse the other day and I saw that red moblins only do a quarter of a heart damage. Plus the girl that was playing the game had cooked up soooo many healing items it was ridiculous. She had an over abundance of healing items, she could have healed Link for the next ten hours of gameplay without ever having to cook anything else.. And there was NOTHING that was doing any type of damage to her… So what in the F is she going to do with all those healing items!! .. So it’s safe to say Im very worried about there being a lack of challenge in BotW…

    1. In the first area there are broken guardians that do 8 hearts of damage a hit, and have so much health you could hit it for half an hr and not kill it without the right equipment. Also there is a boss that is really hard as well. Remember that all we’ve seen is footage from the very beginning area of the game, AND it was a dumbed down E3 demo version, which are always WAY easier than the final version. I’m fairly certain Nintendo already confirmed that the demo was dumbed down in difficulty. And even if they didn’t say so, they always do so it would be more noteworthy if they didn’t.

      1. That’s good too know. I also know you take a lot of fall damage too. But I still can’t get over the fact that moblins only do a quarter heart damage. Nothing in the game should do a quarter heart damage. Thats all the damage enemies did in Twilight Princess and you were practically invincible. So I hope your right about it being dumbed down. You probably are.

        1. Oh yeah, fall damage is definitely a major part of this game. Also there’s almost definitely going to be a hero mode in the game, as well as you just being able to do a 3 heart run if you really want some difficulty. So I don’t think difficulty will be a problem.

  3. Dude you should see the comments on that Facebook post. Jeez, people are so whinny! You’d think that Nintendo had taken 10 yrs so far, and then shown us a 2d sidescrolling Zelda 2 sequal! Come on people! Nintendo has only taken 5 yrs so far, 5 & 1/2 once it comes out, which is about how long skyward sword took. And the game is FREAKING AMAZING!! Just be patient bros. Nintendo is bringing us a BREATHtaking game! I don’t understand, people think that it can take them 5yrs to make SS, but only 3-4 for BotW?! It was never gonna happen! And then you got those people who are like “Nintendo’s shown so much that I’m burned out on the game” excuse me… WHAT?! They’ve literally shown us 1% of the map. 1%?! And we still haven’t seen towns or dungeons! Plus don’t you want to know why Link was FREAKING SLEEPING FOR 100 YRS?! What the heck happened before then, what was he doing 100 yrs ago? SO MANY MYSTERIES!! So just sit back, relax, and wait for that Zelda goodness to be delivered.

    1. I’m fine waiting since I’m not the biggest Zelda fan, only ever played wind waker (which was really good), and i have yet to put any significant time into Majora’s mask 3d but hopefully i can get around to that. but even I am getting a bit impatient with this game, Its just been so long since we knew about this without any news until e3 and we havent got much since. I am mostly excited for this game because I have been getting into open world games and this seems like its going to be special. I just dont want to lose all my hype due to Nintendo annoucing it offically forever ago

    2. Exactly bro. Once the ” whiners ” get to see of a more completed experience of BOTW not to mention a much better looking version in regards to the Switch version they will be eating their words and suddenly their complaints will disappear. This is not only Nintendo’s most ambitious Zelda title but their most ambitious title ever so yes they are going to make sure that this title is as close to perfected greatness as they can possibly get it. To the whiners I say this…..it doesn’t matter how long it took what matters is that BOTW will be an unforgettable masterpiece that gamers will rave about for years to come. It will indeed be worth the wait

    1. WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY?! WHAT. DID. YOU. JUST. SAAAAAAAAY?! HOW DARE YOU TALK ABOUT THE PRINCESS LIKE THAT YOU LOUSY NO GOOD, SORRY, UGLY, F-F-FLIPPIN EXCUSE FOR A PLAYER!

PRINCESS ZELDA IS MY WIFE! YOU NEVER TALK ABOUT ANOTHER MAN’S WIFE LIKE THAT! ZELDA WILL NOT DIE BY GANON, YOU WILL! YOU LOUSY, UGLY, NO GOOD EXCUSE FREAK OF A PLAYER! NO FLIP OFF! FREAK!

  4. I am still going to pickup the Wii U version no matter what done own the console, also because I am not going to be purchasing a Nintendo Switch at least not at launch like I did the Wii U. Going to hold off a few years to see if Nintendo and third party’s will actually support the Switch more than they did the Wii U. They need to show me the games first this time.

  5. I’ll pass, thank you. I don’t need to see something that will get me hyped up for a game that I probably won’t be able to play til mid or late 2017. The wait for another Zelda game is hard enough without hearing anything of one.
