Even after the long foretold Switch presentation, the rumours are still flooding in. According to industry insider Oscar Yasser, the resolutions for the Switch version of Breath of the Wild were revealed to him by a Nintendo Rep. Yasser has claimed the game runs at 720p in portable mode, but surprisingly only at 900p when in docked mode. While many rumours believed the game would be 1080p, this might not be the case. Are these resolutions high enough? Tell us below.
Nintendo rep told me Zelda runs at 900p while in dock mode, and 720p while in portable mode, looks gorgeous on potable mode.

There’s no option for 900p on YouTube, so if you have something in-between two resolutions supported on the site, you’d go with the higher limit to get the full resolution (obviously).
If at least it runs at 60fps. Smoother better than more dots.

I’m honestly perfectly happy with 720p since it’s still HD. If it’s higher by some chance, that will make it all the better. So whether this rumor is true or not is of no consequence to me.
Same here. So long as I can play it on my WiiU without Jaggies, I’ll be fine. What was Xenoblade at? It would be nice if it looked at least as nice as that.
I don’t think we have to worry about jaggies. It’s not like it’s Skyward Sword in SD quality being upscaled to HD quality. @.@

If 900p means it’s going to run better, I’m fine with this, but since the difference between 1080p is really small, it’s going to be next to non-existent .
