      1. 1 year old carcass, as in it’s been dead for the past year.

        Notice how none of the games you listed came out within the last year.

      2. Silly me, I completly fprgpt that those games came out last year. Duh right.

        You forgot Donkey Kong TF.

        See the thing is, the Wii U had amazing titles, but its been quite dead for some time. Every console has to die, but with Sony for example (at least with their home consoles) they dont kill off their console before the next one gets announced. Now with Nintendo, both the Wii U and Wii had a drought well before the successor was released. Maybe its the lack of 3rd party that makes it obvious, but major games just havent released in the last couple of months.

        What did we get this year? Tokyo Mirage, Paper Mario, Star Fox, and Twiligh HD? Im sure im missig a few but thats only a handful of games in the course of a whole year. Thats not even a game a month. I love My wii U, but lets face it, its been dead for some time.

  2. R.I.P Wii U. A decent system that was hindered by poor name choice, poor advertising, lack of Third Party support and slow First Party releases.

    Miiverse was fun for a time and I genuinely enjoyed posting Pixel Art drawings on there, until it became Miiharmony with 12 Year Olds constantly looking for Girlfriends and Boyfriends which ultimately killed my interest in Miiverse.

    The few games it did have were genuinely fun. Games like Mario Kart 8, Smash Bros Wii U, Bayonetta 2, Pikmin 3 and even Nintendo Land to a point.

    In the end though, it’s fate was made clear very early on that it won’t be a runaway success. I won’t say it was a complete failure, but it’s also hard to call it anywhere near a success. I would say it was a partial failure, at least it passed 10 Million total, anything less and it would have been a complete failure.

    I will miss the Wii U, but it’s mishandling by it’s Creator, will always be known as it’s biggest hindrance.

    1. Exactly, it had good potential too. The system would have perfect to port DS/3DS games, or even have a DS player, likes GBA player on the GameCube. And Nintendo slow 1st party support! Keep in mind, for the GameCube, first year alone we got AAA games like Luigi mansion, Pikmin, smash bros, animal crossing,Mario sunshine, metroid prime…

  4. King Kalas X3 {Greatness Awaits at Sony PlayStation 4! Hopefully it will also await us at Nintendo Switch if Nintendo doesn't FUCK things up again!}

    *gives an extremely short moment of silence* Good riddance to bad rubbish! You had potential but I gave you too much hope. You let me down & now you’re finally dead. I will not miss you in the slightest. Hopefully the games I liked on you & the games I wanted to play but never got around to them will get Switch ports somewhere down the road because you were held back by a stupid, archaic system transfer that needed two Gamepads used at the same time because Nintendo was Dumbtendo during development & didn’t think to copy Sony with cloud storage & the ability to transfer your save data & digital purchases over to another console through a cloud service, console locking everything for some fucking retarded reason. Games like Bayonetta 1 & 2, Wind Waker HD, Twilight Princess HD, Xenoblade Chronicles X, Fatal Frame V: Maiden of Black Water.

    Do not rest in peace, you sorry excuse for a Nintendo console!
