GameStop Will Only Have Limited Supply Of Switch Units In-Store At Launch

As you have probably guessed, the Nintendo Switch will be a hot item once it launches on March 3rd. GameStop has confirmed that supplies of the console will be limited for those who walk in store at launch to purchase one. This is pretty standard for a console launch but it’s going to be tough news for those of you who have yet to pre-order. GameStop has also confirmed that they will offer “a very limited supply” of two bundle packages online. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, and a Nintendo Switch Pro Controller for $429.99. The other bundle includes all of the previous items alongside the official strategy guide for Breath of the Wild which totals $454.99.

  1. Got my preorder in.

    Although the hype train suckered me in. Gamestop.com charges $15 or launch day shipping, otherwise it’s free. When I preordered I thought I’d be fine saving the $15 and getting it on the 6th… but I’m a shallow person and caved. I’m paying the $15 :`(

  2. King Kalas X3 {Greatness Awaits at Sony PlayStation 4! Hopefully it will also await us at Nintendo Switch if Nintendo doesn't FUCK things up again!}

    I can confirm this for my GameStop. 7 in total for preorders and a couple of Switch consoles in the back.
