Legend Of Zelda Question Appears On Jeopardy

Last night’s episode of Jeopardy travelled to Hyrule with a Legend of Zelda themed question. Featured on a video game themed board, contestants were asked to name which ‘legendary game series’ featured Link’s Crossbow Training and Hyrule Legends. Check out a picture below.

You two did realize the question is asking for the name of the actual franchise, right? lol

*facepalm* Nevermind! Ignore the above comment!

  1. That’s just sad. The Wii-U is entering the end of its life cycle, and people still think it’s a wii add on – even on the same level as that piece of plastic gun thing that link’s crossbow training came with. How can the question writers for Jeopardy do so little research?

    1. I get people didn’t understand at first, but now it’s just ridiculous. It’s been out for years in stores and online, and these people can’t simply LOOK to see that it’s a different system? It’s really not hard.

            ||In my language it’s called Endarkment and The First Order is in power now, the empire died with the Wii U…||

    2. Last week at work we got a new trailer that we tow to the job site. It’s nice and people were talking about ways to trick it out. One guy said we should get a playstation in it.

Another guy said, “there is a new Nintendo coming out that is half home console half portable and you can take it with you. We should get that. Nintendo hasn’t had a console since the wii”.

I said, “they have the wii u after the wii. ” The guy responded, “what’s wii u?”

So this guy knew about the switch which isn’t even out yet but didn’t even know what a wii u was 4. 5 years after its release. That is sad. Nintendo marketing for wii u was a joke.

  2. This is fucking Jeopardy we are talking about. The same people said “Dankey Kong”.

At least they can get TV show names like Aqua Teen Hunger Force right.

It seems the guys running Jeopardy don’t do much research past American made shit, so of course they’d get Aqua Teen Hunger Force right. (Love that series to death, though. It’s one of the few shows on Adult Swim on the nights that aren’t Saturday that I can actually enjoy.)

I miss the days when MTV did shows like Beavis & Butthead and Celebrity Death Match. CN’s Adult Swim tries but they fail a majority of the time.

  3. Seriously? They still can’t get it right?…..
I think another reason for this is that the Wii U itself, is almost similar to the Wii’s shape… and same color…
But to not be able to do at least some research… it’s just mind bogling…
Nintendo, it is your job to advertise the goomba out of the Switch and let people know what exactly it is!!! Don’t let it be another Wii U… (I love my Wii U btw)

  4. This “answer” makes no fucking sense. It is completely incoherent. Does it mean to say “spin-off titles” where it says “Wii Options”? It reads like it was poorly translated from Chinese.
