Game stop is my last, desperate resort. I never use them anymore.
I know a few people have local stores with good people in them, but those are rare and far-between. Mine was like that until management drove them all out, now it’s run by ignorant assholes like most other Gamestop stores.

They did this with the Fire Emblem amiibo when they were hard to find. Bundled them with other amiibo that were everywhere, forcing you to possibly purchase duplicates, or purchase other characters you might not have wanted just to get the FE characters if you wanted the Fire Emblem amiibo bad enough.

They pulled this shit with the limited edition Zelda New 3DS. That thing was a hot item so it sold out pretty quickly, including Gamestop. Maybe *suspiciously* too quickly.
A week later Gamestop announces they magically have it in stock again……… but the only way to buy it from them is with a super expensive $400-ish bundle that has the console and FOUR (!) 3DS games. Sleazy af.

There are other games shops in existance that give you more money for your used games than gamestop… They used to have the cheapest prices at the beginning, but now they have the worst offers…
