Nintendo has been surprisingly good with creating new franchises over the past few years, Snipperclips joining the ranks of Splatoon and Pushmo. Celebrating the new addition, European My Nintendo has added a Snipperclips themed wallpaper to their collection of rewards. Standing alongside Mario, it’s nice to see the new I.P getting some recognition outside of it’s game. The wallpapers are available for 50 Platinum Coins each and will be on the store until October. Check out a picture below.
Really cool that this game is getting some recognition however a wallpaper?
I would rather let my points expire.
How about themes for Switch???
It was one thing to do wallpapers back with club nintendo, as the console back then didn’t have themes…..but why bother with anything other than Switch or 3DS themes? All it takes is 1 person uploading the file and not a single person has to buy it ever again off of My Nintendo.
…wallpaper? Stuff that we can get *for free* off the internet? They think thats a “reward”?
By “advancing” to digital rewards, Nintendo has subsequently lowered the amount of Nintendo-decorated rooms in this world.
Is it Nintendo’s IP or is it SFB Games’ IP? It was developed by SFB Games and published by Nintendo.
So much for My Nintendo becoming better once the Switch released. Looks like we have to do some more waiting… AGAIN!! If I hear one more “Please wait.” from Nintendo or it’s fans, or fanboys, I’m gonna fucking scream!
So I can use my nintendo points or download a png of google images. hmmm
