The Splatoon 2 Global Testfire took place at the weekend and proved to be a hit with gamers. Digital Foundry managed to do their usual analysis and found that the game maintained a stable 60fps. The Global Testfire was displayed at 720p when docked and featured dynamic resolution in portable mode. You can check out their findings below.
That’s a little weird. Must not be optimized yet. You wouldn’t think SPlatoon 2 would be very graphically intensive. On the other hand, there is globs of ink flying everywhere between 8 players…

My capture card said it was running at 1080p, but i think that’s because the menu was in 1080p, while gameplay was in 720p. But I could have sworn it looks much sharper than Splatoon 1… weird.

I just sent a mail to the admins. There is a possibility this thanos guy is stealing the name and pic of someone else. The real one is a dumbass, i saw him several times in a bar the past year. A friend of mine (he knows thanos’ gf) told me he is a hypster who loves soccer (his real passion), and he is not a real gamer.

I bash the shit out of Nintendo on here, and a lot of people know this, but even I would this game is not anything you mention. It’s one of the best IP’s Nintendo put out in a while. With that say, I can also say you’re clearly an idiot for thinking this game has anything to do sexual orientation, gender, or a person’s life partners. And you’re a bigger moron for thinking this game sucks or for kids when there is a completely ridiculous amount of competitive tournaments for this game.
