Item Customisation Improved In Splatoon 2

The original Splatoon had a feature where players could reroll the abilities on any piece of equipment. This could be achieved by trading Super Sea Snails to a NPC. New abilities would be assigned randomly though, forcing players to constantly reroll to get their perfect combination. This has been changed in Splatoon 2, allowing players to collect Gear Ability Fragments. These fragments can be attached to equipment to give them specific abilities. This is certainly a feature hardcore Splatoon players have been asking for. Are you excited by this change? Tell us below.
