AeternoBlade II Is Coming To Nintendo Switch

Corecell Technology has confirmed that AeternoBlade II is in development for multiple platforms, including Nintendo Switch. The developer is planning to soon launch an Indiegogo campaign to help fund the project. A release window has yet to be announced, but stay tuned for any updates. The original AeternoBlade arrived on Nintendo 3DS back in 2014. It revolves around a vengeful character named Freya, who travels with a mysterious weapon to take revenge from Beladim, the Lord of the Mist who destroyed her village.

  1. Any more proof needed that 3DS devs are moving to the Switch and not some mythical “true handheld successor?”

      1. Nintendo First Order Commander Quadraxis

        ||Good, that’s the point, everything that comes to us is good, except garbage like The Letter…||

        1. Isaac looks worse to me. lol
Fortunately it’s isn’t been a success on the Nintendo Switch (still), I would not like to see garbage like that flooding my favorite console.

            1. A 70’s looking videogame with added splattering rated incredibly high (by americans I suppose, they rejoyce for splatters more than anyone else in the world) and developed just by two people. Luckily videogames aren’t just that. It’s the pinnacle of indie’s mediocrity.

  2. Not good enough, need to be Switch exclusive, if the original was only on DS then Switch should have the sequel

  3. Looks good, actually been itching for a good side scroller, really think there is so much one can do with that type of gameplay. Think I’ll pick it up when it arrives for the Switch.
