        1. Just try out the next test fire, I’m sure they’ll at least have one more before the game release. Personally, it was my favorite game on the Wii U. And, unless you really love motion controls I’d recommend turning them OFF.

  1. Awesome…..I’m off from work so I can’t wait. Hopefully the info shared about ARMS could really make it a must-have title

      1. Anubis, the Devil Dog

Well I haven’t been following any news regarding Nintendo because I’ve been really busy. It’s nice to get a chance to take a break and see what Nintendo has been up to :P

          1. Anubis, the Devil Dog

No not yet… I’m holding out as well lol. Tbh I’m perfectly fine with my Wii U at the moment, especially since I have BoTW. I’m not in a rush.

            1. Nintendo First Order Commander Quadraxis

              ||So you’ve learned too, I guess you do posses some higher level of intelligence compared to the cattle…||

      2. Yea neither one of these games interest me honestly. They are both multiplayer focused and I’m just not into that..

Plus they both feel like last gen Win U titles.

        1. Honestly, it seems like we just got the first Splatoon not very long so, so it is weird to be getting a new entry do quick. In that sense, it does seem like a last gen game. Not as bad as the yearly release franchises, but still. But it has its following, so good for all those fans. Arms feels like another Wii Sports game, but with only one category of game rather than multiple sports. Definitely not interested.

          1. Just in case you weren’t aware but from what I understand the motion control in ARMS is optional, so we should be able to play it more like a traditional fighting game. I’ll give the motion controls a try but I’ll most likely be using the pro controller most of the time.

            1. Actually I think I did hear that once now that you mention it. I forgot. Either way though, I don’t have a Switch, so it doesn’t affect me either way. Maybe next year when I decide if I want to invest in a Switch.

  2. Meh not that bothered about these tbh. Splatoon was awesome to begin with but the novelty quickly wore off tbh.

Offline Turf Wars would be nice though.

  3. Both Arms AND Splatoon 2 in this Direct?

Excellent news. Please, more info on Arms as it does seem genuinely interesting, plus it’s supposed to come out soon, isn’t it?

And don’t they usually do Directs for games that are near release?

DOES THIS MEAN SPLATOON 2 IS CLOSER TO RELEASE THAN ADVERTISED!?

  4. Predictions

Nintendos E3 conference will be huge!

      1. No they say they will focus mainly on splatoon 2 and arms and other nintendo switch games and 3DS games so I think a lil footage of super mario oddesey is very likely as that game is huge.

    1. I have a feeling they’ll at least talk about the pikmin platformer for the 3DS. Probably not as exciting for you, but hey, at least it’s something pikmin related lol

Like the Switch, I was excited as hell for ARMS. Sadly, the hype for both dissipated after only 2 weeks. Now I’m just okay. Switch is okay, not fine, nor good, nor great, nor any other term that’s better to use than okay. As for ARMS itself, I’m just meh, whatever, good for those that still are excited… So with that said, I’ll just wait for MNN to give separate articles on each thing the direct talks about. I’m just not interested enough in ARMS & Splatoon 2 to watch the entire direct. That & my internet has been crap since last month so trying to skip all of the shit in the Direct I don’t give a damn about would just be more trouble & effort than it’s honestly worth.

And I realize today is Wednesday so MNN most likely already has these articles up. xD
