There’s a brand new update available for the Nintendo 3DS but don’t go expecting new features. Instead, this specific update brings additional stability to an already stable system. The latest update is version 11.4.0-37 and can be downloaded right now.
Further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience
i would not recommend anyone to download this update – typically whenever they say that the update is to “enhance the user experience” or “improve stability”, it actually means they’re trying to stomp out some form of homebrew. which really sucks, because you can do lots of cool stuff with homebrew on 3ds.

I’m waiting on 11.3 thinking about getting CFW since the guide was updated probably won’t until sometime in January 2018 that will be a enough time to wait

I actually had one of those. Found it new in box for like $15USD. Thought I’d give it a try and oh god it was awful.
My son’s 3ds xl black screens when anything involving regular DS games or the camera is activated.. Maybe this update will help.
