Here’s A Better Look At New Nintendo Switch Joy-Con Colour Neon Yellow

We had a number of announcements last night including the fact that we are getting a new Nintendo Switch Joy-Con colour, Neon Yellow, to coincide with the release of the upcoming Arms. You will be able to get your hands on the Neon Yellow colour on June 16th. Here’s a better look at the funky new colour.

  1. What’s sad about the Switch is that the Joy-Cons are the only part that can ever come in different colors (Unless Nintendo wanted to release different color docks). Unlike how the entire console of the Nintendo 64 came in several different colors. That was so COOL!

    Ever since the N64, I’ve wondered why Nintendo went so limited on the console colors. Gamecube only had like 4 colors (one was Japan exclusive). Wii also had 4. And the Wii U only had 2 colors. At least Nintendo is trying to color something on the Switch. Even if it is only the controllers.

  2. King Kalas X3 {Greatness Awaits. This use to be something that awaited those for all consoles. It's sad it's mostly just a PS4 slogan these days. Maybe Nintendo will get back to that greatness with the Switch. Only time will tell.}

    Meh… Let me know when purple, gold, or the awesome blue tint for the Sheikah Shrines & Sheikah Towers from Breath of the Wild are a thing.

        I know it won’t be real gold. I just like the color.

      2. Why not? I have a gold Wiimote with gold nunchuck. And had a gold 3DS before my New 3DS upgrade. All first party and gold. Maybe not real gold, but good to have.
        I also hope one day to have gold Joycons… And a Nintendo Switch.

          I’d like the neon colors more… if they actually glowed in the freaking dark. Why call something neon if it’s not actually glowing like the light it’s named after? Neon colors just look ugly otherwise.
