It has been a few days since Nintendo debuted the latest trailer for Splatoon 2, which gave us our first look at the game’s story mode. That said, a new Nintendo trailer means that the crew at GameXplain will be hard at work analyzing every second of it for an analysis video. The Splatoon 2 trailer was no exception, as the team have uploaded their analysis video for it. It’s a long video, over 35 minutes long, as the team analyzes “Inkopolis Square, Marie, the single player gameplay and the new and returning Octarians”, so be prepared. It’s like I said in the comments in the actual standalone trailer- they took the results of the last Splatfest and used it in the best way. Team Marie players are motivated to help Marie get her best friend back; Team Callie players are motivated to save Callie from whatever’s going on with her. It’s a win-win.

Let’s hope the campaign is longer than the one in the first game because that crap seemed like it was thrown in an after thought and without the Amiibos it was a total joke tbh.
