In a recent interview with GameIdustry.biz, Mobeen Fikree from Vertex Pop explains why he thought that the Nintendo Switch was the perfect for their eShop title; Graceful Explosion Machine. In short, it’s because of the handheld / home-console hybrid nature of the Switch and that GEM works equally well as both a handheld game and a console one too. You can read his comment in its entirety below:
“When [Switch] was originally announced, we thought GEM was perfect for it,” Fikree said. “The way we’ve always thought about GEM is that it works equally well as a handheld game as it does a console game. It has a pick-up-and-play mentality that comes from arcade games. You can play it for a couple minutes and it feels pretty satisfying, but at the same time if you want to strap yourself in, get high scores and really drill down on perfecting each level, that’s something you can do on a console at home.”
GEM is currently sitting at a comfortable 7.8 user review score on Metacritic and is available to download now from the eShop.

Well, it was far better than Hannah Montana and all the other contemporary s***. ^^
It’s all I could think of as Nintenmau5 called the game GEM.
Just following the developer ;)
Well that’s the most important feature the Nintendo Switch have. Be an hybrid console.
