The UK one is better…
Only the soundtrack CD and a game I already own…
I doubt you already have this game.
(Okay. I have to respond to this.) He’s talking about Metroid II: Return of Samus on Virtual Console. The UK special edition of the game comes with a code for it. Remember, we’re on a UK blog so some of the guys here live in Europe. I’m assuming he’s in the UK or some other European country supported by NoE.
I knew what he meant. I was ignoring it on purpose.
Because he’s claiming this remake is the same game.
In other words, trolling. Got it! (I can only blame myself as I should have known…)
}{ Oops, I sneezed… Is it sold out yet? }{
The US is better.
The UK edition has a steelbook, a keychain, and a download for the original Metroid 2– how is a music CD better than all of that?
I’m cool with the CD one. It’s much better that way.
Lat thing I preordered from best buy was the BotW master edition; and someone their decided it was a good idea to put the reserved sticker right on the box. Part of the box design came off when I peeled the sticker off.
I hate when certain places do that bullshit. It’s annoying when it’s done with box art for movies, too. It’s always sad to give up a nice looking box cover for a DVD case because the sticker fucks it up.
One of my biggest pet peeves. However, the trick is to heat it up with a hairdryer or even just a heater. It’ll warm up the sticker and it’ll peel right off, leaving no residue or taking any of the cover off with it. Still peel slowly to be safe, but yeah, just heat it up and it works wonders.
I should try to remember to do that the next time I want to salvage a box or box cover. Or even the plastic on the case itself holding the cover art in place.
Shocker! It’s actually still up! The CD cover art & CD art looks pretty fucking awesome. A keychain & steelbook along with the music CD would be better, though! NoA must REALLY hate giving us a lot of cool physical goodies, though. …..cheap motherfuckers…………………
Honestly, though… I’ll wait for Amazon’s listing for that 20% off preorders bonus for Prime users. (I’ll give the actual game to my son, take the CD for myself, & get the game digitally on my 3DS for me. I can put it right beside my VC of Super Metroid & delete the original Metroid II from my 3DS.) Hopefully we’ll get Zero Mission on New 3DS VC, too, at some point.
Wonder if
And with that, Man of Brisk was never seen or heard from again. D: (Unless that was it of the comment? In which case, there goes my joke.)
I’ve been waiting for Amazon. Bought from Gamestop though just in case I miss it.
Amazon has the game but not the special edition. They seem to have given up on putting up pre-orders for special editions & amiibo. :/ (I can’t blame them, though, since they probably get blamed for the bad stock as much as Nintendo if not even more so by people that don’t understand that some businesses intentionally send out low stock for the purpose of increasing demand.)
I guess I’ll wait another day or two.
When is the UK special edition coming!!!??? I need it!!!
I have to admit, this is the first Metroid game that ever sparked even the slightest interest out of me. Good to see one that’s not a crappy first-person game.
