Nintendo’s 77th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders took place last night and we covered a few notable things that were mentioned. Interestingly, Nintendo president Tatsumi Kimishima and Shigeru Miyamoto both said that they are looking invest into film and would like to made anime for its large franchises and distribute it freely, or integrate it into games.
President Tatsumi Kimishima stated in a question involving Kirby anime and others: “We’ll look into investing toward film” with Shigeru Miyamoto adding “We want to make anime for Pikmin, Star Fox, Yoshi, etc. and distribute it freely, or integrate into games.”
So grateful for the guy doing the translations of Nstyles’s tweets.
Fire Emblem Anime when

I’ll fully support Link talking if it’s not that cheesy crap that others did when giving Link a voice. It’s time someone shows that Link talking can be a great thing if done right.

I saw few episoded of Kirby’s anime but is a good anime personally. That anime gives you some really good tips on how to live in real life.
They better go all out and let a good studio handle it

a smash anime would do well and rasie ratings on tv and I know I`m not a minority when it comes to this would, also be great if we can get an animsl crossing reboot anime but in new leaf style, after all they did get a movie but it was only for japan.But hey a yoshi,pikmin, and fire eblem anime sounds great

Kirby, F-Zero, and Fire Emblem have all had anime series, and Kid Icarus had I think 2 or 3 anime shorts, so this sounds entirely plausible. Personally, I want to see Splatoon anime- what the Inklings do when they’re not mimicking gang warfare, the inner circle of the Octarians, the lives of Inkopolis’s shopkeepers like Jelonzo and Crusty Sean…
