Nintendo Has Applied For Trademarks For Super Mushroom And 1-Up Mushroom

News has emerged today that Nintendo Co., Ltd. have applied to trademark iconic images for marketing reasons. The company has applied to trademark the Super Mushroom, the Question Block, and the 1-Up Mushroom. No doubt these will be used for upcoming Nintendo merchandise that will be irresistible for consumers. We shall wait and see!

    More like it’s to avoid another Maricar incident. They got their asses kicked for once in a legal battle against a small group & now they trying to avoid another beating in the future.
