Colorful Puzzler BOOST BEAST Arriving On Nintendo Switch Tomorrow

Arc System Works has just revealed that BOOST BEAST will be releasing on the Nintendo switch on July 20. Originally released on mobile devices in 2015, Boost Beast has you controlling an adorable animal army led by Alec, the king of dogs. This army’s task is to save the world from the human race, who have recently been infected by a virus-carrying meteorite and have all become zombies.

BOOST BEAST is a match-three title which rewards success by sending out different animals to take care of this zombie problem. There are over 200 levels to play through, unique characters, and many obstacles in your way including rocks and traps.

Boost Beast is being developed by Azrest, who is responsible for such Nintendo 3DS titles as Yoshi’s New Island and Hey! Pikmin. Additionally, Arc System Works is publishing the game and the director of their BlazBlue franchise has recently said that, “Fighting games can definitely find a home on the Switch.” So, hopefully this continued support by Arc System Works is a good sign of a BlazBlue title finding its home as well!

BOOST BEAST will release on the Nintendo Switch e-shop tomorrow, July 20, for $9.99.
