Overcooked: Special Edition Arriving On The Nintendo Switch This Thursday

Overcooked: Special Edition will be launching on the Nintendo Switch this Thursday and brings another great co-op title to the system. This special edition of Overcooked includes the base game, The Lost Morsel and Festive Seasoning DLC, and will take advantage of such Switch features as HD Rumble and the ability to play alone or with friends wherever you may go.

Originally released in 2016 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, Overcooked has you taking the role of one of 22 different chefs, including dinosaurs and robots, and cooking your way through 44 campaign levels to cook the perfect meal. However, the fun of it occurs when Overcooked throws challenges your way like cooking on ice or in a moving truck, and you have to coordinate with your fellow chefs to ensure the kitchen doesn’t turn into a disaster.

Overcooked: Special Edition launches on the Nintendo Switch eShop on Thursday, July 27, 2017 for $19.99 / €19,99 / £15.99 and continues Nintendo’s commitment of releasing great indie titles on their newest console.

  1. When I read “Over” I immediatly thinked about Overwatch, but in the end it’s not about Overwatch.

Anyway this game is fun and I think I’m gonna buy it.

    1. Keep on dreaming been following this website for 13 months and have seen a single high end game besides some first party that are eather WII U games or the same 2d stuff we have been getting since 1985. Only Mario Odyssey gets close to refreshing. (Zelda ofcourse but it’s still a WII U game)
