Nicalis Has “Some Familiar & Some Brand New” Switch Games Coming

An interview with IndieObscura has had an interesting teaser hint from Nicalis’ Tyrone Rodriguez. The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ and Cave Story+ have been successful on the Nintendo Switch, and Blade Strangers is coming soon. The End Is Nigh will be coming to Nintendo Switch, too. But Rodriguez is suggesting that this isn’t all that Nicalis is planning for the console. He says that “some familiar and some brand new” Switch games, several more of them, will be coming out on the Switch this year.

“We have several more games coming out on the Switch this year, some familiar and some brand new. You’ll have to wait and see!”

  1. So far these devs are the BIGGEST Nintendo Switch 3rd party supporters as of late. They release physical versions of their games, which I love the most, their games aren’t buggy or broken like a majority of 3rd party devs, and they always bring variety to a platform, unlike other 3rd party devs who rehash the same crap over and over again. Blade Stranger is on my top 5 Switch games must buy list, can’t wait.

  2. Ridley X3 {R.I.P. Chester Bennington of Linkin' Park. Thank you for the awesome music. You will be missed. *cries*}

    If any are multiplat & if they actually interest me, I’ll just get them on PS4 since I’ll have more room for data since a fast 2TB external desktop is cheaper than the fastest Micro SD Cards that cost around the same price for LESS data. Switch is fucking affordable my ass.
