Dragon Quest XI has already been released in Japan on the Nintendo 3DS and the PlayStation 4 and has been a huge success for Square Enix. However, many of you are wondering what’s happening with the promised Nintendo Switch version. Well, it’s still in the works according to Square Enix but they will release and unveil it properly when they feel that the time is right. Hopefully that doesn’t mean we have to wait too long.
They’re probably going to release it in the West after they seen the Switch is actually doing really well.
I wonder if the “right” time is when everyone who wants it has picked it on a different console 🤔
Maybe they’re still trying to get it in a state they’re proud of and closer to the PS4 version. Or what you said, lol.
Im sure thats what it is, but them saying “theyll unveil it when the time is right” sounds wrong. Sort of like the game is done, and theyre waiting till theres more switches out in the wild.
That would be weird since they’ve had no problems announcing other games.
Yeah exactly, Im glad SE is the one big publisher thats bringing us suppprt but its so odd the way they said this. Did you hear abput the DQ builders announcement for the switch?
Yes.
I see! Where’s the news?
Im no DQ fan but “WTF DOES THAT MEAN?”
When the time is right? Just say, “it’s not done yet”. Jeez Louise!!!

If It comes to the switch I’ll buy it.
