There’s no denying that the Splatfest’s are immensely fun events and today Nintendo has announced the next one. The theme this time around is Flight or Invisibility so naturally it’s going to be a hard choice. The Splatfest will commence on the first weekend of September. Which side will you be choosing to fight for?

Next splatfest should be Switch (wRed Ink) vs Xbots (green INK.)

Invisibility would be far easier to hide from the world, but doesn’t have as much practical use, and wouldn’t be nearly as fun. I’d use my power of flight in creative ways. Maybe become an olympic high jumper or something.

Wait, so based on the image provided we’re talking about invisibility that *does not* affect clothing, which means I’d have to get nekkid every time I want to be invisible, and be nekkid every time I come out of invisibility? Too creepy. Also, what if it’s freezing outside? Flight it is then.
How would you feasibly depict invisibility on a poster if the subject is (hello?) invisible? The clothes are just there to make it clear what the power in question is.

Flight because you could go anywere flying and that is just one of many things you could do by flying.
“One of many things”? What else is there, except “go somewhere” o,o? It’s also way too loosely defined, what is flying in this context? How fast can you fly? How long? How much additional weight can you handle while flying? Not that invincibility is less problematic, just saying^^
Well since splatoon stated this as a superpower we could say it’s posible to fly fast meaning you can carry people to where they want in exchange for money, be lifeguard that can save people faster since you can fly, be an astronaout that can help research planets thanks the superpower of flight (assuming you could fly fast enough to this) and be a paramedic that can take people to the hospital faster and without the problem of encountering trafic.
I don’t have the game but I’d choose flight. With flight, gas will never be an issue again.

I’m terrified of flying via aircraft, so it would be worse for me to fly on my own. Invisibility it is for me, then. After all, in the words of Gen from Street Fighter IV, “You cannot dodge what you cannot see!”
Ooh. Toughest choice yet. The others were pretty easy (ice cream and Mayo respectively for me). This one?….mmmmmmm…….flight! Yeah, I’d rather be able to fly than be invisible, I think!
I think I go with invisibility that way people can both mentall and visually ignore me rather than just mentally
