    1. Same I feel like this is really gonna screw with sega sales since odyssey has barely gotten complaints as while forces gets a complaints everytime a force trailer is released you really can’t please the sonic fanbase lucky I’m picking this up but I will probably play after defeating odyssey

      1. People seem to be forgetting that Forces is multiplat and Mario is purely for switch, while it may hurt the sales of Forces, that I can agree on, but I dont think it won’t be anywhere near as bad as people will think it will be.

        1. I don’t think it’s bad either sure sega should show some more content but everytime they do you get a big load of sonic fans complaining about the sound the area and I just feel like there gonna mess it up for sega

      2. It all hinges on review scores at this point. As long as the game is good, Sega can attract people to the game who are not from the toxic part of the Sonic fanbase, which would be a fine success, I’d say.

If it’s bad or even just above average, Sonic Team will get told by the loud, toxic part of the fan base to make something new instead of “just Generations again.” Then they’ll complain about that and say, “Wow, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Make it like Generations again!” (like what happened after Lost World).

    1. No. It was just that one brand that didn’t work on it. Other ones work fine. There are officially licensed Nintendo skins that work fine.

      Which one?

Oh, I thought you were talking about one of the skins for the custom character, but yeah, I agree it looks awful.

  1. Don’t buy this game, SEGA just tried to rip-off thousands of people by sneaking DRM into Sonic Mania, if you support them you’re telling them it’s ok to mistreat consummers.

They already updated the PC of Sonic Mania version and got rid of the DRM and players can play offline too.

*PC version of Sonic Mania (really wish you could edit comments)
