We publish the Media Creates charts every Wednesday so if you are familiar with those then this news shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise. Kotaku has published an article reiterating that the Nintendo Switch keeps outselling the immensely popular (worldwide) PlayStation 4 in Japan. The publication has taken data for the first 26 weeks of sales data and subsequently reports (via Media Create figures) that the total sales for the PlayStation 4 in its first 26 weeks on sale in Japan is 665,760 units sold. And that “In its first 26 weeks on sale in Japan, the Nintendo Switch has sold 1,527,962 units. In comparison, it took Sony 69 weeks in Japan to hit 1,523,471 units sold.” All Nintendo needs to do now is get its Nintendo Switch stock levels sorted.

It’s when people pretend or act to be someone they aren’t. In Church’s case, he acts like an xbot that wants to see the destruction of Nintendo when in reality he’s a Nintendrone trying to make fun of hateful Xbots that want to see Nintendo destroyed.
Still got a long way to go before they truly dominate the PS4. It’s sitting pretty at over 60m. As long as games that interest me keep coming to both systems, though, I don’t give a shit whose system is on top anymore. If I could play the games I care about on the PS4 & Switch on an Xbox One, I would. I’d even play them on an updated, suped up Atari 2600 if the games looked & played exactly as they do on the other systems. At the end of the day, all these companies only want your money. Being a fan of them is the same as being a slave. Only the games matter. My loyalty is to them. God help the company that fucks them up.
Consider this only the beginning and the results are amazing. Maybe in the future me, you (especially) and the others we will see something that change your damm mind about the Switch and finally considerer it as a cool console with greatness games created not only by Nintendo himself but also from other developers and indies.
I’m sure there are plenty of great games on it. A good 99% are either just not what interests me or I can get them on a system with better, cheaper data storage alternatives or with a superior infrastructure & not held back by a new gimmick.
That’s up your choice. For me I will buy the Switch version of the game because I only have the Switch as a modern console.
