  1. I got the survey and filled it out. Project Octopath is surprisingly fantastic even as a simple, short demo. The music is INCREDIBLE. We’re talking Ni no Kuni quality. And the characters, although a bit racey, are likable and easy to invest in. The graphics are also unexpectedly great. It’s like playing Final Fantasy VI in a diorama. Lighting effects really show off the style.

      1. I made it up. It’s a combination of my own name and a friends of mine. We used to have hikes in the forest and had a blog(named Kantenstain) and a videoshow (before YT) where we showcased snowstorms and mountaintops etc in Norway.

  2. This game is wonderful. And definitely it will be one of my favorite RPGs of all time. It took me by surprise… (somewhat, because I liked it in the trailer too but didn’t expect it to be THAT good).

    1. I’m wondering the same thing about PSO. It’s still a sore spot when we talk about games that need new iterations but aren’t getting them….can’t stand it. 😤

        1. Thanks for this information! I actually have hope for the series now! I really hope it makes it to the west. If not I will import it. Thanks again

    2. Not every game and or everyone wants multiplayer slapped into games. I rather have a excellent game due to its story and not because of multiplayer. That said, an online option would be cool, like seeing ghosts of other players passing by or the actual players themselves leaving clues. But that wouldnt fit a game like this i dont think.

  3. I’ve been looking forward to this game ever since the teaser trailer in the original Switch direct. I was starting to get worried that it might have gotten silently canned because there weren’t any real updates, even on the developers discrete Facebook page. So I was pleasantly surprised by a new trailer and a demo. I put almost 3 hours into playing the demo, and I might go back for a little more to complete one last available side quest. I can’t wait for the full experience!

  4. Loved the demo! This game is gonna be so great! The only thing I don’t like is that it appears I’ll need to play the games 8 different times (!!!) in order to see everyone’s story. Not sure if that will be fun after a few rounds… I would prefer if I could get the full experience in just one or 2 playthroughs (lots of different ways they could implement this). Guess we’ll just have to wait and see how it turns out!

  5. I feel like this found its way into my spam and I deleted it not fully understanding what it was. Is there any way I could get them to resend? I want to take the survey, provide some input. Played the demo, loved it, cannot come out soon enough.
