Japan: Nintendo Switch Sells 38K And Nintendo 3DS Sells 23K

It’s Wednesday which means it is time to see how the various software releases and hardware have performed this week in Japan. It’s not been a great week for hardware sales with the Nintendo Switch seeing a big drop which is presumably to do with stock levels. On the software side of things it is Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser’s Minions which has taken the top spot. Here’s the best-sellers in Japan this week:

      It’s cheaper. The base PS4 has had a price cut in all regions for awhile now.

    I noticed Dragon’s Dogma the other day. Is that an HD remaster of the original game? The subtitle has me confused.

    1. Yeah…. That should be Dark Arisen Dragon’s Dogma.
      It would be a shock to see Dragon’s dogma get another release as they have reaped the gameplay to beef up Monster Hunter World.

        I just looked it up & it is indeed a remaster of the original game. Dark Arisen was apparently a remaster released for Microsoft Windows in January of last year. The PS4 & Xbox One got ports of this version on the 3rd of this month.
